How do I see prices and book?

Choose a home, then select “Check direct availability.” You’ll continue to our Hostex booking site, where you can enter dates and guest count, see the final quote, and complete your reservation.

Can I compare booking platforms?

Yes. Each home’s page has links to its Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Whimstay listing. Enter the same dates and number of guests on each platform and compare the full total, including fees and cancellation terms.

Where are the homes?

Sunset Sands is on the Delaware River at Oakwood Beach in Elsinboro, near Salem, New Jersey. Juniper Berry Chalet is in Locust Lake Village in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania.

Can I bring my pet?

Please check the details for your chosen home before booking. Sunset Sands requires prior approval and a pet fee. Juniper Berry Chalet welcomes pets with a pre-trip pet fee.

What are the cancellation and house rules?

Review the cancellation terms, house rules, fees, and total on the booking platform before confirming. Policies may differ by platform and rate. Community amenities at the chalet are subject to registration, seasonal availability, and community rules.
